Client Leading Irish Real Estate Advisor 
Essentials: 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role in the Irish market; Property Degree; Chartered Surveyor 
Location: Central Dublin based office 
Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 
Package: Hybrid working; pension; income protection & death in service; mileage; phone & laptop; bonus 
Progression: Clear career with next promotion to Senior Surveyor level

A leading Irish Real Estate Advisor in Dublin is seeking an experienced Office & Retail Agency Surveyor to join its team. This role offers a unique chance to work with an innovative and future-focused agency specialising in their market niche.

• Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Oversee property transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Represent tenants in their property needs, negotiating leases and terms on their behalf.
• Handle the leasing of office properties, including marketing spaces, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals.
• Manage the sales of office properties, from listing and marketing the properties to negotiating contracts and finalising sales.
• Handle the leasing of retail properties, ensuring optimal tenant mix and terms favorable to the client.
• Manage the sales of retail properties, from acquisition interests to final transaction closure.
• Develop and implement strategic leasing and sales plans.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
