Assists in maintaining the accuracy and quality of GIS information to support the Division's functions, processes, and analytical requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Performs basic spatial, SQL, and tabular queries.• Converts and geo-references spatial data from one coordinate system to another, using basic geodetic principles.• Uses software, hardware, and tools to integrate multiple databases from a variety of sources, including aerial photography for analytical purposes.• May collect field data using GPS or other equipment as needed.

PAY $18-20/hour
START DATE The internship begins in May 2026 (start date flexible) and ends in August 2026. There may be the possibility of an extension.
