ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Ertech on a major Brownfields LNG Project in Onslow, WA, supporting the delivery of civil and concrete construction works.

We’re looking for Surveyors across a range of experience levels, from Graduate Surveyors through to experienced Senior Surveyors, to join our project team.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile project, gain exposure to a diverse range of construction surveying activities and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

With flexible 2:1, 2:2 and 3:1 roster options available, you can choose a roster that works for your lifestyle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reporting to the Geospatial Manager, you'll provide survey support across the project and play an important role in ensuring construction activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver accurate topographic, construction, as-built and End of Month surveys.
  • Set out civil and concrete works, interpret engineering drawings and identify design changes that may impact construction.
  • Work closely with engineers, project teams, clients and subcontractors to resolve survey requirements and keep works progressing.
  • Utilise modern surveying equipment and software to deliver accurate and efficient results.
  • Manage, maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure you're always ready for the field.
  • Promote safe surveying practices while supporting and mentoring junior team members and maintaining HSEQ standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for Surveyors who are technically capable, safety-focused and enjoy working as part of a collaborative project team.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Engineering or Construction Surveyor role, with exposure to concrete or civil construction highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma preferred).
  • Experience using surveying equipment including Total Stations and GPS/GNSS receivers.
  • Proficiency in relevant surveying and design software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • A Remote Pilots Licence (RePL) and Aviation Radio Operators Certificate (AROC) are desirable.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
