TNP has an immediate opening in our Allen office for an experienced R.P.L.S. Team Leader to join an established survey team. This position is responsible for project planning, scheduling, and maintaining client relationships. They are also responsible for overseeing staff charged with the design, development, delivery and management of projects such as design surveys, boundary surveys, platting, construction staking, and document preparation, including geodetic control, topographic survey, right of way parcel survey/exhibits/mapping. The Team Leader position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth, participation for our mentoring program, as well as the opportunity to have a strong leadership role in the growth and development of the team.
Responsibilities require being actively engaged both in the production and management of survey projects and working in collaboration with your Director in both the production and management of projects, as well as managing multiple clients and a project team.
