Survey Project Manager / Project PLS
We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager / Project PLS to lead efforts on a multi-year heavy civil construction project based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves full project oversight, including project management, invoicing, and coordination with the site’s general contractor and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include reviewing survey work orders, scheduling crews, documenting re-stake requests, and maintaining both field and office survey procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
You’ll also play a critical role in identifying and recruiting key personnel, as well as mentoring and training survey staff to support their professional growth and development.
