  • Define project scopes, participate in contract negotiations and oversee budget development and monitoring
  • Supervise and review final survey deliverables to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards
  • Lead business development efforts, support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for service growth
  • Organize project assignments and oversee the work of survey technicians

  • 10 or more years of surveying experience
  • Working knowledge of surveying equipment and software (i.e., Trimble, AutoCAD, Civil3D)
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable at the Firm's standard rates. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check is a standard condition of employment.
  • Some travel will be required.
