About Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc.

Our industry isn’t short on challenges, but it can be short on delivering exceptional client experiences. Getting close to the mark is often considered “good enough.”

But we all know how great it feels when someone delivers exactly what you need. Or better yet, more than what you were expecting. In our complex and often complicated industry, that means having a partner who takes the reins, navigates bumps, and delivers fresh solutions and impactful results. And most importantly, it means having a partner who provides the best project experience – for you, your stakeholders, and the community.

A lot of companies talk about “best in class” service, but at Loureiro, delivering an exceptional client experience is what we do. We apply our training and technical skills to this commitment – continuously capturing and integrating learnings – so that we, too, can expect more of ourselves in how we serve clients. This unique approach, coupled with Loureiro’s broad range of integrated engineering, environmental and construction services, allows us to deliver ingenuity, flexibility, and a distinctly better level of service than anyone else in the business.

Due to our team’s dedication and expertise across our breadth of services, we have a proven reputation for providing superior project results for our clients. We pride ourselves on our reputation of going beyond the norm in satisfying client needs — being there at odd hours to handle problems, responding faster and more completely than our competitors, and holding ourselves accountable for a successful outcome on every project. Every employee is an owner of the company, and each of us delivers with that ownership in mind.
