The Surveillance Supervisor will provide support, direction, and training for staff to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, gaming regulations, and company policies and procedures while maintaining the integrity of the staff and the casino operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Directly supervise observers within the Surveillance Department. This includes training, coaching, reinforcing, and developing performance plans (Supervisors are restricted from hiring, final coaching’s and terminations, this is performed by the Director and Assistant Director).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Must be able to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time, speak and hear, write, finger and feel, lift and carry up to thirty pounds (30 lbs.) and occasionally more. Employees are frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and endure variable temperature conditions (extreme hot or cold). Must be 21 years of age or older.
