JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone as well as radio equipment.
Ability to work with and utilize digital recording equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
Act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time and work in a dark, windowless environment.
Ability to use stairs required.
Sitting 90%, walking 10%
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures and smoke.May include a boat and/or floating barge, hotel and atrium.
Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which may include nights, weekends, and holidays

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Basic understanding of games, manuals, policies, procedures, internal controls as well as state regulations pertaining to gaming within first 90 days of employment.
Successful completion of Op I assessment within 180 days.
High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
Must be able to obtain a valid Missouri Gaming license
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have no other family members employed at the Isle of Capri Casino/Hotel Boonville.
