Responsible for observing casino and property operations using surveillance technology to protect the company, team members, guests and assets.
Operates all surveillance equipment.
Make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
Monitor asset protection for the casino and guests.
Monitor security protection for guests, pavilion and casino property.
Monitor tables, slot operations poker tables, cage and count room activities
Monitor non-gaming areas, including exterior perimeters
Complete written logs of activities during the shift
Prepare written observation and policy violation reports.
Must be able to respond calmly in a crisis and stressful situation.
Make every attempt to keep your duties discreet and confidential.
Performs all other tasks that may be assigned in the future
Must be minimally 21 years old.
Prior Table Games knowledge or surveillance experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read, write and speak in English.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Skill in developing and maintaining guest relations.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, co-workers and guests.
Have the ability to work in a stressful, high volume, energetic atmosphere.
Team oriented; enjoys working with and assisting people.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to understand commands, questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in close proximity to fellow employees.
