WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Surveillance Officer, you'll lead the charge in conducting meticulous surveillance filming, meticulously reviewing videos, and proficiently documenting findings to identify and address suspicious activities. Your pivotal role in ensuring a fair, safe, and secure gaming experience will be underscored by your unwavering commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
Operate CCTV/digital recording programs to conduct surveillance and routine surveillance filming, review videos, and complete documentation to detect suspicious activity throughout casino and gaming areas
Monitor Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count areas and personnel as well as Team Members adjunct to casino floor
Maintain strict confidentiality for the company when conducting observations and investigations, use computer and associated hardware to complete documentation
Maintain evidence by dubbing and saved video files; testify in court as a representative for the company
Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems and adept at utilizing a wide range of Microsoft applications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Five (5) years of relevant experience
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
Has a detailed knowledge of Table Games, Slots, Race & Sports Book and Casino Cage procedures
Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented
Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including a deep understanding of common software applications and a keen aptitude for Excel and other essential tools, coupled with a robust command of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) technologies
Looks forward to collaborating with a team to cultivate positive and enriching experiences
21 years old.
PREFERRED
Two (2) years of experience working with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
Two (2) years of experience working with Digital Network Video Recorder (DNVR) Enterprise systems
Two (2) years of working with access control systems
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
Must regularly lift and/move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
