Duties

• 
  Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterilized and readily available.

• 
  Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by handing instruments and supplies.

• 
  Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure.

• 
  Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient safety.

Comp & Benefits

  Hourly Rate:
  $33/hr.

• 
  Procedural Differential:
  $1/procedural differential.

• 
  Shift Differentials:

• 
  Night shift: $2.80/hour.

• 
  Weekend shift: $2.00/hour.

• 
  Sign-on Bonus:
  A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.

Requirements

• 
  Surgical Technician certification (inferred).

• 
  Ability to commit to a two-year work commitment to receive the sign-on bonus.
