Looking for a role where your work truly matters? Join our healthcare Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring physicians, nurses, and clinical staff have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to provide outstanding patient care.
As a Supply Chain Technician, you'll support Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Surgicenter by managing inventory, distributing critical supplies, assembling surgical case carts, and helping maintain a seamless care environment.

✅ Ensure critical medical supplies, implants, grafts, tissue products, and equipment are available when needed
✅ Receive, distribute, and replenish inventory accurately and efficiently
✅ Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized stock locations
✅ Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
✅ Track and manage expiration dates, recalls, lot numbers, backorders, and product documentation
✅ Rotate inventory to reduce waste and support quality standards
✅ Pick supplies and assemble case carts for upcoming surgical procedures
✅ Restock unused supplies following procedures and maintain inventory integrity
✅ Collaborate with clinical teams, Sterile Processing, and Supply Chain partners to address shortages and urgent requests
✅ Maintain accurate records of ordered, purchased, received, and returned products
✅ Help identify and solve inventory discrepancies and operational challenges
✅ Keep workspaces clean, organized, and audit-ready

✔ High School Diploma, GED, HSED, or equivalent experience
✔ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, healthcare support, or a related field
⭐ Associate Degree
⭐ Experience with healthcare inventory or materials management systems
⭐ Experience with PeopleSoft MMIS, Par Excellence, Q-Sight, or similar inventory management software
⭐ Hospital, surgical services, or clinical support experience
🔹 Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
🔹 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
🔹 Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service skills
