Ready to make a real impact in orthopaedic surgery? As a Surgical Solutions Manager within our Recon portfolio, you will become a trusted partner to surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals across the Oswestry and Stoke on Trent territory. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption of innovative technologies, support improved patient outcomes and grow a successful territory while building strong clinical relationships. We are looking for candidates based within easy reach of Oswestry or Stoke on Trent to ensure excellent support across the region.

What will you be doing?

In this field based role, you will spend your time working closely with hospital customers, supporting the safe and effective use of Smith+Nephew's Recon portfolio. You'll be present in the clinical environment, partnering with surgeons and theatre teams, delivering product education and identifying opportunities to expand the use of our innovative solutions.

Success comes from building trusted relationships, understanding the needs of each account and helping healthcare professionals achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients. From supporting product evaluations and training programmes to managing inventory and delivering business reviews, every day brings variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference.

What will you need to be successful?

You will combine commercial awareness with clinical credibility, enabling you to confidently support healthcare professionals in demanding environments.

Key requirements include:

• Medical device sales experience or relevant clinical experience within healthcare

• Knowledge of operating theatre environments and orthopaedic procedures is highly desirable

• Strong relationship building and account management skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders

• A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory
