Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Current RN license (preferred, if clinically focused role).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in surgical services, perioperative management, or healthcare operations.
Strong knowledge of perioperative workflows and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business (MHA, MSN, MBA).
Certification in perioperative services (CNOR, CSSM, or equivalent).
Experience in performance improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or project management.
Prior leadership, consulting, or advisory experience in surgical services.
