Job Description


We are seeking motivated Advanced Practice Providers to join a growing Elective and Acute General Surgery program in Arkansas. This permanent opportunity offers offers a predictable schedule and excellent work–life balance. The ideal candidate is experienced in a wide range of general surgery procedures and is interested in contributing to program growth and long-term success.

Position Details

Practice Type: General Surgery
Trauma: None
Be part of a full-time team with 2 surgeons and 3 APP's
Supported opportunity to build a thriving elective practice
Work Mon-Fri plus 2 weekends per month

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with experienced General Surgeons on all aspects of patient care
Elective Clinic and operative procedures
Inpatient post-op care and consults
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

FNP/ACNP or PA-C certification
Active Arkansas medical license
Surgery experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 per year
