We are looking for the best talent for SURGERY PROFED ASSISTANT

Purpose: We are looking for a junior professional with an administrative profile, highly organized, with an agile mindset and a willingness to learn quickly, who is interested in event logistics and wants to develop in a dynamic environment oriented towards operational excellence and can provide administrative and operational support in the planning, coordination and execution of PROFEED events, ensuring efficient management of logistical, contractual and operational processes. The role is aimed at a professional with a high capacity for learning, analytical approach and a focus on detail.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and logistical execution of events, ensuring the correct
• Manage and follow up on suppliers (quotes, purchase orders, service fulfillment).
• Support the preparation, review and administration of contracts related to events and strategic allies.
• Carry out administrative control and budgetary monitoring of events.
• Organize and keep administrative and contractual documentation up to date.
• Coordinate operational activities between internal areas and external suppliers.
• Support the execution of on-site events, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
• Prepare reports and management reports before, during and after events.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics and administrative processes

Job requirements:

• Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related careers.
• Between 0 and 2 years of experience in administrative areas, operations or event logistics (professional internships are considered).
• Previous experience in event coordination or logistics.
• Basic knowledge in supplier and budget management.
• Familiarity with administrative management or ERP tools.
• Intermediate use of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
