
South Bay Surgeons Group is seeking Full Time Colorectal Surgeon as part of a larger general and subspecialty group.
- High volume of colorectal cases (benign and malignant), including colonoscopy
- Includes General surgery (Appys, Choles, SBO, Hernias, particularly on-call)
- No trauma
- Da Vinci Xi available and each hospital
- Specialist Partners available to take over / assist with subspecialty consults ( eg. Breast, Paraesophageal / complex hernias etc)
- Another Colorectal surgeon and MDs as operative assists (setup for success!)
- State-of-the-art hospital and medical specialties (excellent GI, IR, and ID)
- Active hospitalist programs and separate ICU teams to assist with medical management.
Schedule:
5 days / non-call wee
350 surgeries / year
70% elective and 30% inpatient consultation.
All ER call is from home - no in-house, trauma, or UCI
Shared evenly among all partners
1 week of ER call / 5 weeks
1 weekend of ER call / month
Covering 2 local hospitals in the South Bay
Shareholdership available after 2 years.
Our compensation philosophy:
We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $325,664 - 538,329 Total Cash Compensation.
