Mō te tūranga | About the role
Ready to lead from the front and shape the future of surfacing in Northland? At Fulton Hogan, we’re after a Sealing Department Manager to take ownership of our reseal programmes, lead a capable team, and deliver good work for our clients and communities.
This is a role with real scope. You’ll be trusted to make things happen, back your people, and keep standards high without the red tape.

At Fulton Hogan, good work is more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up for each other, our clients, and the communities we work in. We’re friendly, and forward moving. Titles matter less than ideas. We back our people, keep things human, and set high standards when it counts.
In Northland, you’ll be part of a team that knows how to get stuck in, work together, and keep pushing for better. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means honest conversations, real responsibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact in a business that’s always moving forward.
