About the role

Our Maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safe plant operations.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and preparing detailed maintenance work plans that support production goals, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will work closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to develop comprehensive work packages, identify resource requirements, and ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your ability to prioritize work, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement will be key to the success of the site's maintenance strategy.

You will be accountable for:

    • Develop detailed maintenance work packages, preventative maintenance plans, and long-term equipment strategies
    • Conduct field walkdowns to validate job scopes, identify hazards, and determine permit requirements
    • Coordinate materials, specialized tools, contractor services, and equipment to support planned maintenance activities
    • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to prioritize work and align maintenance plans with reliability objectives
    • Continuously improve maintenance plans, BOMs, warehouse materials, and job scopes through feedback and site learnings

We offer at-will employment based onsite on a primary 4/10 shift schedule working onsite full-time. Schedules may change to accommodate business needs.

About you

Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience required.

Experience planning maintenance work in a manufacturing, mining, chemical, or industrial environment is preferred.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $112,000-$140,000 per year in the United States. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
