THIS IS NISSAN

The role is responsible for maintaining operational control, compliance, personnel support, and timely delivery of performance indicators and reports, all based on optimal operation designing, human resources planning, QCTS concepts, KPIS design & Nissan Way thinking.

A Day in the Life:

  • Daily supervision of yard, workshop, office, and amenity conditions.
  • Control and management of the site’s operational budget (minor expenses, purchases, quotes).
  • Supervision and coordination of service providers (attendance, incidents, and access control)
  • Tracking maintenance, inspections, and activities within facilities.
  • Monitoring and control of consumables and usage.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance for proper functionality of all amenity areas (dining, lockers, rest lounges).
  • Responding to employee needs and providing support on services issues.
  • Creation of weekly and monthly operational and administrative reports.
  • Presentation of overall site performance to management
  • Supervising OPEX / CAPEX execution.
  • KPI´s design, implementation, improvement, management and periodic updates. (interpretation and deviation analysis).
  • Accomplishment of DOA’s process
  • Document management for internal/external audits (Digital document management).
  • Problem‑solving with root‑cause methodology.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Education Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Language English 500 Points TOEIC
  • Experience 2–3 years in administrative operational roles (Logistics terminals or yards, transportation companies, Industrial plants, Maintenance workshop environments).
  • Operational management of yards, workshops, and general services.
  • Control of maintenance activities, service orders, inspections, and logs.
  • Vendor and service provider management, including contract follow‑up and quality monitoring
  • Computer Skills Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (dashboards, pivot tables).
  • Negotiation and supervision of suppliers
  • Experience with improvement projects.
  • Certifications and regulations (CTPAT & OEA)
  • Supply chain management (Risk management)
  • Tools and Technology (Proficiency with tools such as Project management platforms and Report design)
  • Effective communication, Analytical thinking and focus on continuous improvement, Teamwork, Personnel Management, Responsible, Proactive, Strong organizational skills, prioritization of high‑volume tasks, planning and leadership, self-motivated, work under pressure, crisis management.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, structured follow‑up and closure of pending tasks.

Travel: 20% required.
