The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Developand maintain detailed production schedules to support manufacturing output and customer demand

 Planand release work orders (WO) based on production and engineering requirements

 Manageshort-term production planning, including rolling 10-day production plans

 Partnerwith Sales and Program teams toalign onorder demand, priorities, and schedule changes

 Coordinatewith Procurement to ensure timely material availability

 Leaddaily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery

 Workclosely with logistics partners to coordinate shipment schedules

 Manageurgent requests, pull-ins, and schedule adjustments in a dynamic environment

 Provideforecast visibility and support demand planning activities

 Identifynew customer requirements and integrate them into production and shipping plans

 Trackand support departmental KPIs related to delivery, planning accuracy, and efficiency

 Ensuredocumentation and processes comply with internal standards and ISO requirements

 Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives across planning and operations

Requirements

 Bachelor’sdegree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

 5–8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment

 Strongunderstanding of production planning, material flow, and scheduling processes

 Experiencein high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred

 Familiaritywith ERP/MRP systems and planning tools

 Strongcoordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

 Abilityto work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

 Proficientin Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
