The Supervisor assists the manager in supervising, coordinating, educating and managing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of technical, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for adult and geriatric patient population. The Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values and management of patient care services.
