Job Title: CI Vital Manager
Current Challenge
Critical improvement initiatives are currently being absorbed by leaders who are already fully committed to daily operations. As a result:
• Projects progress slowly or inconsistently
• Execution lacks clear ownership and sustained focus
• Teams operate reactively instead of proactively
• Risk of delays, inefficiencies, and missed targets increases
This creates operational instability and limits the organization’s ability to improve performance at the pace required.
Job Duties
• Lead and own execution of critical initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Facilitate cross functional alignment and communication
• Identify and remove barriers; escalate issues quickly when needed
• Apply Lean principles (flow, waste reduction, standard work, Kaizen)
• Conduct CI events and facilitate problem solving
• Track progress, report status, and ensure delivery of targeted results
• Support layout changes, cost reduction initiatives, and process standardization
• Drive arrears recovery through daily management and constraint focus
Role Requirements
• Proven project management experience
• Continuous Improvement (CI) facilitation experience
• Strong understanding of Lean concepts, including:
o Kaizen
o Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
o Standard Work
o Flow and waste reduction
• Ability to lead cross functional teams
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
