Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm/9:00am-5:00pm
Wage: $29.00 hourly - Eligible for Language Differential
Classification: Non-Exempt, Unrepresented, Full-Time, Temporary, Benefit Ineligible
This is a temporary assignment with a maximum length of six (6) months; duration may vary based on program needs
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Supportive Housing Case Managers provide services to support newly housed individuals to stabilize and thrive in Permanent Supportive Housing. This position emphasizes outreach-based services with a focus on individualized support, harm reduction, and connection to community. The right person for this role is highly engaging, creative, has knowledge of community resources, has strong boundaries, and a commitment to helping vulnerable people succeed in housing.

- In any given year, we help place more than 900 people into affordable housing - and then support them in retaining that housing.
