
The role:
We are seeking a part-time Supporter Relations Officer to provide exceptional donor care for Redkite supporters, byensuring donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner and donor queries are resolved as quickly as possible.This role will be responsible for supporting donors across both inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email, SMS and mail,
and ensuring records are accurate, secure and up to date. You will also contribute to donor stewardship activities and support the retention of donors through personalised engagement.
