Do you encourage diversity in the work force? Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Full-time Supported Employment Associate at our Iowa City Career & Support Services office. Two years of related experience is required for this position.
Our Supported Employment Associates serve as program managers for participants assigned to their caseload by providing job coaching or arranging for job coaching for program participants. They help to solicit feedback from employers on the effectiveness of job coaching, maintain positive relationships with employers and funders, and aid employers in identifying and creating job accommodations and assistive devices as needed.
This position will require the accurate and timely completion of data entry and reports as required by funders and the finance department. This includes progress reports and up to date case file information. This will also include monitoring and controlling expenses, such as billable hours, client funding, and reimbursed expenses.

Qualifications:
The Supported Employment Associate position has a starting wage of $18.63 per hour. The schedule will typically be M – F, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Evening and weekend hours may be required, and travel between job sites is required.
