Female Support Workers - Caboolture QLD | Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide mental health support to female participants. If you are a dedicated Support Worker looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health support
  • Support participants with complex behaviours and behaviours of concern
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and individual support plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and routines
  • Support community access, appointments, and social participation
  • Monitor wellbeing, manage risk, and follow NDIS practice standards
  • Complete progress notes, incident reports, and documentation

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
  • Experience in mental health or psychosocial disability is highly preferred
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
