About The Role

We are building a team of qualified care workers to support our Aged care clients and NDIS participants in and around Seaford. You’ll support them to live independently and safely in their own home and community. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
  • Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
  • Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
  • Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

Work Locations - Seaford and surrounding areas

Open to discuss about the contract type - permanent or casual!!

About You

You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.

You’ll also bring:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WWCC
  • Manual handling certificate
  • Infection Control
  • Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
