Location: Growing Places, Claydon.

Realise Futures is seeking a Support Worker (RF Works Coach) to join our team at Growing Places.
No two days are the same, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs to engage and develop through horticultural activity in a vocational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • deliver tailored support and coaching to individuals at our 2 acre horticultural site, adapting your approach and methods to meet their needs

  • work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment that provides purposeful activity for our clients.


Requirements:

  • a passion for people, progression and working outdoors, but no horticultural experience necessary

  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding

  • ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations

  • a full clean driving licence is desirable, but not essential, as you may be required to drive company vehicles and on occasion work from other sites

  • role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
