We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and hardworking support workers to join our expanding team at the Peffer Learning Disability Service. If you are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of adults with learning difficulties this is the role for you.
This role involves lone working and group work within peoples own homes, providing hands-on support to help individuals achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
We welcome candidates who are eager to develop their skills, gain valuable experience in social care, and thrive in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Previous experience in a support role is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given. Most importantly, we are looking for people who share our values, are kind, compassionate, and are committed to creating positive, lasting impact for the people we support
We are looking for both full-time (36hr/week) and Relief (Zero Hours/Casual) roles - please indicate on your application which role you are applying for
Care Support Scotland is an equal opportunities employer and always welcomes applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of: sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, pregnancy and maternity.
