Our multidisciplinary services are focused on improving health and wellbeing through accessible, culturally safe and community-centred care.
We are looking for a caring and motivated Support Worker to join our National Psychosocial Support Measure (NPSM) Program. The program provides short-term, practical support to people living with severe mental health challenges who are not currently receiving support through the NDIS or other state and territory programs. This is a full-time position suited to someone who is compassionate, respectful and enjoys supporting people to achieve their goals.
