What are we looking for?
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers (In-home Aged Carer) to join our team for a range of regular shifts, across a variety of mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend patterns. Whenever possible, we allocate shifts close to where our workers are based and place strong emphasis on consistency, ensuring both our team and the people we support benefit from a high standard of care.
We recognise that life outside of work is important and will do our best to accommodate your commitments. To help us provide continuity of care for our clients, we value team members who communicate their availability clearly and honestly, enabling us to build consistent schedules that benefit both our clients and our workforce.
Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds, so the ability to speak another language, would be highly regarded but not necessary.
The role involves:
Unlike other providers, allcare team members are not required to do large blocks of cleaning, as we provide separate professional cleaning services to our clients. We also cover all travel time between clients as well as the reimbursement of kilometres travelled.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
