About the Role
We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Support Worker to join our Midland team. This role exists to support seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes and live the life they choose.
Working alongside customers with varying support needs, you will deliver tailored, person-centred services and activities based on individual goals and preferences. No two days are the same - this is a role where your care and commitment genuinely make a difference.

In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
