We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in a nursing home in Winterbourne supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

At the heart of this role is a commitment to improving the lives of the people we support. We are looking for someone who sees beyond care tasks and is passionate about helping people live fulfilling, meaningful lives. This includes supporting individuals to explore new opportunities, discover new interests, build relationships, access their local community, and work towards their personal goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, emotional maturity, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork. Your ability to empathise, show kindness, and remain adaptable in different situations will be key to delivering outstanding person-centred support.

We prefer full-time applicants but would consider part-time hours for the right candidate.

Shift patterns include:

• Early: 07:00 - 14:30
• Late: 13:30 - 21:00
• Occasional Waking Nights: 21:00 - 07:00

As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live the life they choose. You'll:

• Plan and take part in meaningful activities tailored to individual interests and preferences.
• Help people develop new skills, confidence, and opportunities for personal growth.
• Support individuals to maintain relationships and build connections within their local communities.
• Deliver person-centred support that promotes wellbeing, inclusion, and the best possible outcomes.
