We are looking for a kind, energetic and person-centred Support Worker to support three individuals with learning disabilities within a Supported Living service in Covingham, East Swindon. The role involves supporting people with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, medication administration and accessing the community.
Hours and Shift Pattern
The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week across 3 days out of 7. Weekend working is essential. Typical shift times are 07:00-22:00, 08:00-20:00 although these may change depending on the needs of the service. Flexibility from candidates is required to meet the needs of the service.

About the Service
The service provides person-centred support in a safe, clean and modern environment. It is a calm home with a skilled staff team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Training and Development
Full training will be provided, including an in-depth induction to the service, ongoing training and opportunities to develop further qualifications.
