
About the Role
At Stepping Stones Services, we are proud to deliver high quality, outcome focused support. We work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to provide personalised care across supported living, mental health, and complex care services.
This role has a strong focus on supporting individuals with both mental health needs and complex care requirements. You may be supporting individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, alongside other complex needs. Your role will involve providing consistent, emotionally attuned support, helping those we support to manage distress, regulate emotions, and maintain their wellbeing in a safe, structured, and compassionate way.
You will work in line with positive behaviour support, trauma informed practice, and person centred care plans to promote stability, independence, and quality of life.
