As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering people with disability to achieve their goals, increase their independence, and live meaningful, self-directed lives. Every day is different – from supporting community participation and skill development to personal care, daily living assistance, and helping people pursue what matters most to them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
• Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
• Supporting participants to build independence, confidence, and social connections.
• Developing positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and the wider community.
• Promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and human rights in every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
• Is flexible and available for a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, or active nights.
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Communicates effectively and works well within a team.
• Brings a commitment to respect, accountability, and person-centred practice.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant clearances and certifications, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and First Aid/CPR.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification.
• Previous experience in disability, community services, aged care, or support work.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred supports.
