We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Adele Cottages.

Adele Cottages are two 1 bedroom houses providing residential support for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. We provide placements for adults who require a supportive home, with round the clock care. The aim of the service is to provide a pathway from Cygnet Sherwood Lodge and other hospitals back to community living.

Your Day-to-Day…

You’ll be working 42 hours a week at Adele Cottage which will be both days and nights.

Salary: £13.15 per hour

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
