Support Worker - Location: Shrewsbury
Pay: £ 14.50 p/h
Hours: Full-time, part-time and bank opportunities available
We are looking for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young person in her own home.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to be part of a specialist support package, providing 5:1 support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will work as part of a consistent and supportive team, helping to ensure that the young person receives safe, person-centred care and has every opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
No two days will be the same. The role will involve supporting her at home and out in the community, building positive relationships and helping her to achieve her goals, develop independence and enjoy the things that are important to her.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing consistent, safe and compassionate support. You will work closely with the wider team and professionals involved in the young person's care to ensure her individual needs, preferences and aspirations remain at the centre of everything we do.
