You will report to our team
coach and work in our Waitemata Acute Community Mobile team. We are a team of 9 support workers across three sites. We are a unique responsive service that
co-locates and collaborates closely in partnership with the Te Whatu Ora
Waitemata Acute Clinical team to provide support for tangata whai ora to offer short-term, intensive and intentional
support for people who are experiencing distress of unwellness.
This is a full-time
position working Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30am – 8:00pm, based in Henderson,
Auckland.
