Support Worker - Glen Osmond House
Uniting (NSW.ACT)

• Higher hourly rates than our competitors
• Casual with a view to PPT
• Support clients in Respite Care

With a focus on providing onsite care for clients, your responsibilities can include:
• Help within the Cottage: Providing essential domestic support, including cooking, cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Personal Care: Assisting clients with essential daily tasks to maintain independence and dignity, including personal hygiene, dressing, continence care, and feeding assistance.
• Medication: Provide assistance and support to the client with medication administration and activities of daily living.
• Social and wellbeing: Assisting clients with daily lifestyle hobbies, group activities, and social interactions.

Qualifications and experience
• Must have Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual equivalent qualifications
• Medication competency is preferred, but we can also help you achieve this
• Similar experience providing client centred care
• Current First Aid certificate
• Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle is also preferred
