The ARO Support Technician II helps power our stores' success by delivering advanced technical support for device repair and key fob programming. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, remote guidance, and hands-on repair assistance, all while helping create training materials that make our repair network stronger and more efficient.
What You'll Do
Provide remote support via phone and live video to assist store associates with complex repair or programming issues.
Troubleshoot advanced device and key fob problems using research tools and collaboration with other technical experts.
Maintain detailed service logs, ensuring accurate issue tracking and resolution documentation.
Assist with developing repair training materials, guides, and video content.
Participate in device repair training and occasional hands-on repair projects.
Serve as a backup for call center inquiries related to cutting, programming, or troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Inventory Specialists, Repair Technicians, and other teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of experience in technical repair, electronics, or customer service preferred.
Strong technical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for helping others succeed.
