·Preparing Registration of Supplies documents.
·Preparation of Sales Orders and Invoicing in SAP in a timely manner.
·Reconciliation and reporting Sales related data.
·Ensure completion of all other transactions related to invoicing.
·Preparation of Tenders/Quotations/Bid bonds and Performance Bonds.
·Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ work experience in handling a similar job role with experience in SAP Sales modules.
·Part qualification in a Sales related discipline would be an added advantage.
·Excellent communication, presentation and public relations skills.
·Logically reasoning and analytical skills.
