Salary Range: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 Salary/month
Job Shift: Any1. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Ensure the guest house is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.
- Supervise housekeeping staff (if available) or personally manage cleaning tasks.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, and other essential facilities.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant department.
2. Guest Management
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Maintain a record of guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide basic hospitality services such as room preparation, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Address guest requests and complaints professionally.
3. Security & Safety
- Ensure security of the guest house premises.
- Monitor and control access to authorized personnel and guests only.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and emergency protocols.
4. Inventory & Supplies Management
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and kitchen essentials.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary items in coordination with the admin department.
- Keep track of utility usage (electricity, water, gas) and report any anomalies.
5. Food & Beverage Management (If Required)
- Assist in meal preparation or coordinate with a cook/catering service.
- Ensure proper food storage and hygiene in the kitchen.
6. General Administration
- Maintain records of expenses, repairs, and guest bookings.
- Coordinate with the company admin team for any guest house-related needs.
- Handle minor cash transactions and maintain expense records.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Good communication skills (local language & English preferred).
- Ability to handle guests professionally and courteously.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
- Trustworthy and responsible with financial and security matters.
