We are looking for a Support Specialist – Salesforce CRM to provide day-to-day support and administration for our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will troubleshoot production issues, support business users, develop and maintain Salesforce automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM solutions.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce application support by resolving incidents, service requests, and user queries within defined SLAs.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce production issues while ensuring high-quality support and timely communication.
Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
Design and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Configure and maintain Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Participate in Salesforce deployment and release activities across environments using Change Sets and CI/CD tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, support procedures, and system changes.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and implement best practices to improve system performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with administrators, architects, developers, and business analysts to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to continuous learning and ongoing platform improvement initiatives.
Around 2+ years of Salesforce development and/or application support experience.
Experience working in Agile development and support environments.
Experience supporting business users and resolving production issues.
Good understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, security model, sharing model, and platform best practices.
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flows.
Experience with SOQL, validation rules, automation tools, and standard Salesforce functionality.
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
Basic to intermediate experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Lightning development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to grow technical expertise.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
