We are looking for full-time Support Specialists to join our Sportway team. As a customer service specialist, your main responsibilities will include monitoring live sports games played in Sweden or Finland, providing customer service via e-mail and cooperation with sports federations, clubs and venues. You will do well if you have technical thinking skills and a desire to develop and learn.
Full-time support specialist: The workweek is 40 hours, including evenings and weekends when matches are played. The workplace is in our Riga office.
The job starting time is earliest at the start of June, but we will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidates.
