Support partner practice’s revenue cycle procedures and standards. Leads revenue cycle support efforts and initiatives with partners, including training, improvements, and centralized services.
Essential Job Duties
Duty
Oversees RCM inbox tickets in a manner that ensures efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
Facilitates work by supporting team’s efforts to attend to daily tasks received via email or phone.
Teaches / leads weekly internal training sessions.
Supports centralized processes and monitors departmental inboxes to assure work is handled in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Supports partner practices to facilitate open communication and collaboration to achieve posting, billing, and collection goals.
Creates partner practice satisfaction, including troubleshooting complaints and collaborating on solutions
Communicates with partner practices and other departments to meet both service and workflow expectations.
Supports partner practices by responding to queries concerning third-party software.
Supports partner practices by performing research concerning EFTs, check payments, and credit card payments.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a medical and/or dental environment.
Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting and bending to carry boxes and supplies, up to 25 pounds, may be required.
