What You'll do:

- Provide support and maintenance for servers, laptops, and desktops, ensuring optimal performance and availability;

- Analyze and resolve incidents related to hardware, operating systems, and general IT infrastructure;

- Utilize ticketing tools to manage and track technical issues and service requests effectively;

- Collaborate with sourcing teams and participate in IT sourcing processes when required;

- Support networking and communication systems, assisting in configuration and troubleshooting tasks;

- Lead and manage small initiatives or support-related teams when necessary;

- Promote team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of support services;

- Onsite Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles;

- Proven experience with ticketing systems for incident and service management;

- Hands-on experience in the support and maintenance of servers, laptops, and desktops;

- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware and operating system issues;

- Knowledge of networking and communication systems;

- Experience in sourcing processes is considered a plus;

- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
