Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Tech position include but are not limited to:

• Provide quality service to customers, vendors and teammates
• Maintain housekeeping in office areas, breakrooms, conference rooms and restrooms
• Conduct sanitization of all high traffic areas
• Empty all trash and recycling containers
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping items
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule to accommodate workload.
• Ability to professionally communicate with other teammates and vendors.
• Must be willing to help in all areas of our business as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarization with metal buildings production process.
• Ownership of their work area and equipment.
• Individuals who can work well with multiple teams (different departments and shifts) and require minimal supervision.
